Preparing

I leave for Europe for the first time on the 15th of July. This is very big for me. I've taken countless art history classes, so this tour will be almost perfect for me, covering The Netherlands, France, Italy and Greece. I've booked the trip through EF College Break, which made the trip cheap.

However, I quickly realized it also makes the trip fairly short, at only 18 days. I noticed I can extend my trip by changing the plane ticket for $99, and now I think that might be worth doing. I might as well visit some other places while I'm over there, right? When's the next time that will happen? And while I am visiting all the major European art history sites (in my book, at least), it would be great to see Venice, southern France, Barcelona, and London as well.

Argh, this is so exciting! Talked to mom on the phone and she was telling me about all the cost-saving measures she took when she went in college. Will be looking in to them, for sure.
